Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
  • Cyprus deliveries: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • EU deliveries: 3–7 working days after dispatch
Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped from Cyprus (EU).
 
  • EU orders: No additional customs duties or taxes will apply.
  • Non-EU orders: Your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the customer’s responsibility.
     
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return costs may be deducted from your refund.
