Easy Returns

We hope you love your order. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
 

How to Return

  1. Email us at medlinen.cy@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
     
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
     
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
 
  • Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
     

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
 
  • You have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund under EU consumer law
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details
In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs where applicable.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
 
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for processing
     
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
